Terms and Conditions

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged on all items where applicable at the prevailing rate (17.5%), and postage and packaging.

Ownership of the goods remains with Milly and Miles Ltd until payment has been received in full.

Payment on credit accounts is due within 30 days of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on any account at the rate of 2% per month.

Every care is taken to ensure that all descriptions and photographs on the website are accurate, however colours and materials may vary.

If you wish to return an item which has been purchased in error, or is unsuitable, please return it within 14 days in the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold full credit for goods not returned in this way.

If goods are faulty please mark as faulty on the delivery note and sign as damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours for claims to be considered.

Post and packaging charges are for mainland UK only. Northern Ireland and offshore islands will be charged at cost.

How to pay

By cheque: Please make cheques payable to Milly and Miles Learning Limited

By Invoice: If you are a local authority, children's centre, school or nursery please call us and we can open you an account and send you an invoice. Invoices must be paid within 30 days.
